Return Policy

1. Return policy for resellable items

(Not including Bulk or Special Order Items) 

l  Returned items need to be in 100% new and resellable condition and remain unused and in original packaging.

l  Returned items need to be returned within 15 days of receipt.

l  Returned items are subject to inspection by WEDO Tools prior to refund approval.

l  Returned items complying with these conditions will be accepted and approved for refund credit. Refund credit will be credited and processed through the original transaction payment method.

l  Customers are responsible for returned item shipping charges.

l  Returned items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for full product refund and applicable restocking fees may apply.

2. Return policy for bulk and special order items

l  Returned bulk and special order items need to be in 100% new and resellable condition and remain unused and in original packaging.

l  Returned bulk and special order items need to be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Returned bulk and special order items are subject to inspection by WEDO Tools prior to refund approval. 

l  Returned bulk and special order items complying with these conditions will be accepted and approved for adjusted Refund credit. Refund credit will be credited and processed through the original transaction payment method.

l  Customers are responsible for returned item shipping charges.

l  Returned bulk and special order items meeting these conditions will be charged a restocking fee of 25% of purchase price.

l  Returned bulk and special order items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for return credit.

 

 

3. Return policy for defective items

We are extremely proud of the quality and workmanship of the tools we sell, however a situation may arise where a tool may be defective and must be exchanged.

l  WEDO Tools will provide an exchange for defective products under the guidelines of our warranty policies.

l  Returned items for exchange are subject to inspection by WEDO prior to exchange approval.

l  Returned items for exchange complying with these conditions will be accepted and approved for exchange. WEDO Tools will send a replacement of the exact item, if a case arises that the original part is no longer available, a part with similar characteristics may be offered for replacement.

l  Customers are responsible for returned item shipping charges.

 

Kindly Remind:

If Your Products Arrived Damaged
Before contacting WEDO please call the carrier (UPS, forwarder, etc.) that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt. WEDO cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has signed for delivered products in good condition.


Return and Replacement Exceptions

1. The tools that are not sold by WEDO cannot be returned or replaced.(Product codes are not correct.)

2. Tools are misused, changed, or incorrectly installed, which cannot be returned or replaced.

3. Because of damage or errors by logistic companies, the tools cannot be returned or replaced.

Exemption Clauses

Pictures on WEDO On-line Mall are slightly different from real goods because of camera lights and displayers, which are only for your reference. Appearance of real goods (including but not limited to color) will prevail.

1. Worldwide Returning or Replacement

If you want to return or replace products, please contact us via email or telephone. We will handle your applications as soon as possible.


2. 6 Days x 8 Hours Working Time

Approval personnel of WEDO On-line Mall work from Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am to 12:00, 13:30 pm to 17:30pm. In general, we will deal with your application within 24 hours.
